Your Rights and Obligations

1 Introduction

2 Eligibility

ffb77 uses automated and manual verification methods to confirm eligibility. You consent to the Platform performing identity, age, and address verification checks using the personal information you provide at registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the ffb77 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. ffb77 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information.

3.3 Account Verification

ffb77 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, and proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Currency

All ffb77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all processed in BDT. ffb77 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

ffb77 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all of which are processed in Bangladeshi Taka:

• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking)
• Upay

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ffb77 account balance within approximately 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile money provider. Bank card deposits may take up to 5 minutes. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable channel-specific limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity, age, and payment method) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawing funds that originated as bonus credits.
• Withdrawals requested between 10:00 and 23:00 BST on any day will be processed within 30 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next active period.

4.4 Platform Fees

ffb77 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, mobile money providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside ffb77's control and are the User's responsibility.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered placed and binding once you have confirmed it and received a bet reference number from the ffb77 system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming. ffb77 will not void or amend a correctly processed bet on the grounds of user error after confirmation.

5.2 Odds and Markets

ffb77 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are updated in real time and may change between the time you view them and the time you confirm your bet. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

5.3 Void Bets

ffb77 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded.
• Manifestly incorrect odds were offered due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without a rescheduled date within 72 hours.
• Credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is identified.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

5.4 Payout Limits

Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are displayed in the relevant betting market. ffb77 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ffb77 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer.
• ffb77 does not apply hidden turnover clauses. If the stated wagering requirement is met, the resulting real-money balance is fully withdrawable subject to identity verification.
• Bonuses may not be used to place bets on excluded markets or games as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ffb77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled while a User is actively working through the wagering requirement, ffb77 will apply a fair and proportional adjustment.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ffb77 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Including providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, processing illegitimate transactions through the platform, or making chargebacks in bad faith.
• Bonus abuse: Including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, or placing opposing bets across two accounts to guarantee bonus extraction.
• Automated betting tools: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated method to place bets, monitor odds changes, or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets is prohibited.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or any involvement in the manipulation of a sporting event, is a serious criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the ffb77 platform or any game software is prohibited. Any winnings generated through such exploitation may be voided.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ffb77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Termination

13.1 Closure by the User

You may close your ffb77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unsatisfied bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification checks.

13.2 Closure by ffb77

ffb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, withhold funds pending investigation, and void open bets in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring us to do so.

14 Amendments

ffb77 may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights, the fees you may incur, or the conditions under which you can withdraw funds — we will notify registered users by email to the address on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
